A couple of decidedly unprofessional ‘foodies’ who won’t let their lack of formal training deter them from sharing their thoughts, opinions and experiments when it comes to dining, drinking and everything delicious…

Trish lives her life one meal to the next. She knew she thought about food more than the average person when the souvenirs she’d bring back from trips were always edible. Now she plans whole trips around what and where she wants to eat, and loves to try and recreate her favorite dishes in her own kitchen.
Besides cooking and eating, Trish also loves craft beer in all it’s varieties, the quirkier the better. Favorites include west-coast IPAs, saisons, German wheats, and locally brewed ales.
Other than that, Trish also likes to run, read a good op-ed, and watch a classic western movie.

In West Philadelphia, born and raised, on the playground is where Andrew spent most of his days. Until he discovered an interest in electronics at a young age, at which point he’s been parked behind a monitor most of his life. Either writing for OhGizmo!, where he serves as the Senior Editor. Or battling with his arch-nemesis, Photoshop.
But don’t let his tech-fueled, glamorous lifestyle fool you. Gone are his days of exclusively noshing on fast food. After recovering from a debilitating addiction to international exotic Pringles flavors, Andrew has developed a taste for more healthy fare… Though admittedly he’s still a slave to any chocolate bar that’s gone to the dark (chocolate) side.
